As an undergrad I've been in the DC area for about 10 years and have been checking out all the places from Adams Morgan to Arlington. from Bethesda to Alexandria.. I've been around them all.
But as you grow more "mature", meaning your friends get married, kids, etc.. You lose that social network and need to meet more people, outside of work...
So you've got to take the plunge and check out new things. This blog is going to take some of my experiences and try to let you know what worked for me, and some suggestions.
We'll cover speeddating, dancing, social drinking events (Gold Cup, BarCrawls, Boomerang buses, etc..)
